Who is Health Compass Inc?

Health Compass Inc is a team of benefits experts that designs and supports modern, digitally enabled healthcare solutions to deliver smarter healthcare options. They created Vital 110 to help make healthcare more accessible, effective, and affordable.

How is Vital 110 different from traditional insurance?

Traditional health plans often come with high co-pays, deductibles, and surprise bills. Vital 110 removes those barriers, covering everyday care for zero out-of-pocket costs and no deductibles

Can I use Vital 110 if I already have health insurance or a major medical plan?

Yes. You can use Vitall 110 to complement other coverage

Do I really pay $0 out of pocket?

Yes. With Vital 110, you don’t have to budget for co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills. Covered services are always $0 out-of-pocket, so you can focus on getting care when you need it without worrying about the cost


Who is covered by my plan?

At no additional cost, coverage extends to you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependent children. You can simply add them to your profile in the member portal.

What services are included at no cost?

With Vital 110, you’ll pay $0 out-of-pocket for:

  • Urgent Care – virtual or in-person
  • Prescriptions (1,000+ common medications at 80,000+ pharmacies)
  • 3,500+ lab tests at LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics
  • Preventive screenings like mammograms, colonoscopies, cholesterol checks, and more
  • Virtual counseling with licensed therapists

  • Facial scans for health monitoring

Why should I do facial scans?

The results provided by your required weekly facial scans help you monitor your health. And when you complete your facial scan, you get a reimbursement added back into your paycheck—so you’re rewarded for staying proactive about your health.

How does the Vital 110 facial scan work?

The facial scan turns your smartphone into a health monitoring tool. In under a minute, your camera captures tiny changes in light reflected from the blood vessels in your face. Advanced technology translates those signals into accurate readings of your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, oxygen saturation, stress levels, and more.

What can I track with the scan?

Currently, you can monitor 22 vital signs, including:

  • Heart rate & heart rate variability
  • Blood pressure
  • Breathing rate
  • Oxygen saturation (SpO2)
  • Stress & recovery levels
How accurate is the facial scan?

The technology has been validated across different skin tones and health conditions, using medical-grade signal processing for reliable results.

Do I need extra devices?

No. Just your smartphone or compatible device with a camera—no cuffs, needles, or wearables are required.

Are my scan results private?

Yes. Your results are never sold or shared with your employer or anyone else. Only you can choose to share them with your doctor or one of Vital 110’s board-certified providers.


How is my information protected?

The Vital 110 member portal is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 certified. Your data is encrypted and protected with strict privacy practices.

Will my employer see my results?

No. Your health information is private and secure. Only you control who you share it with, so you can feel confident using Vital 110’s tools to take charge of your health.

Does Health Compass sell my data?

Absolutely not. Your information is never sold, shared, or used for anything outside of your care. That means you can take advantage of Vital 110’s features knowing your privacy is fully protected.


How do I get started?

You will receive an email with instructions with a link to create your account in the member portal. (Tip: check your spam folder for the welcome email).
